All clients attending an in person session must not have a current illness or infection.

If you are ill but still able to train you can book an online appointment.

-Comfortable clothes are to be worn to each appointment that do not inhibit stretching.

-The client has the right to choose their level of undress if/ when oil massage is required.

-If the client chooses to remain fully clothed staff will apply trigger point through the clothes.

-If the client chooses to undress underwear MUST remain on.

-Staff are to leave the room while the client is undressing and enter only when the client has their towel draped over them and has given verbal consent to enter.

-Towels are then draped to the Australian standards.

-The same protocol is used once the client is instructed to redress.

Clients need to bring:

2 x bath towels 

1 x hand towel

All bench tops and the massage table and chair are cleaned with Dettol after each appointment.

Dettol hand wash is located at the sink and in the bathroom.

Staff will wash and dry their hands before each new client and after a foot sequence is complete.

It is also recommended that clients also wash their hands.

In the case of a localized fire there is an extinguisher in the corridor outside the front door.


In the case of a fire the buildings alarm will sound and a voice will come over the loud speaker with instructions.

The evacuation point is at the park at the end of Nelson St.

The room is vacuumed daily and mopped weekly.

The bathroom is cleaned daily.

Equipment is checked regularly and replaced if faulty.

What is documented and said during sessions is confidential and will not be shared.

Consent will be asked for if a picture or video is required or if information needs to be referred onto another practitioner.

To manage risks it is required the oil be kept and used from pump bottles only.

If an oil spill occurs it must to cleaned immediately.

To eliminate trip hazards clothes must be put on the bench and shoes must be against the wall.

If a client needs help on or off the table please say so.
